We manufacture single machines and turnkey systems tailored to customer specifications.
Our machines are sold world-wide. Herbold operates with a staff of approximately 100 people, a subsidiary in the USA and over 50 representatives throughout the world. The company was established in 1995 by the Herbold brothers and achieves now an annual turnover of approx. 13 Mio. €.

Washing, separation, drying plants
For precrushing: we can supply: Two-shaft-shredders, single-shaft shredders, guillotines, high speed shredders for heavily contaminated plastic waste, screw shredders.
For size-reduction: Heavy-duty granulators from 5.5 to 300 kW with full anti-wear protection.
Pulverising units:
For the pulverisation of brittle or semi-rigid materials in ambient temperature or with nitrogen cooling. Capacities from 7,5 – 132 kW.
For compacting and densifying: Compactors for different materials such as PET, PA fibres, and film waste without any deterioration to the material.
For separation and classification: Separation tables, air stream separators, gravity separators, screening units.
For washing and drying: Wet granulators, prewashing tanks, friction washers, mechanical and thermal dryers for film, PET bottles, post-consumer waste (DSD), etc.
For difficult flowing materials: we have silos in the sizes 6 to 40 m³.
